Full-time Operations Manager

Full-time Operations Manager to serve as a point of contact and liaison in the community while participating in local, regional and state-wide boards, task forces, committees and projects. Will provide research, development, writing and submission of funding proposals; oversight and evaluation of funding contracts to ensure contract compliance in the provision of services.  Will provide oversight of and assistance to Program Directors in provision of plant management; contract audits, site reviews, certification and licensing.  Will also assist in the oversight of computer systems and data collection and related training; support of public relations, and special events; and participate in the hire, supervision and evaluation of staff. Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field and three years relevant experience, preferred, or at least five years relevant experience.    Must have an understanding of government and non-profit youth sector and issues affecting young people and youth services; strong project management and planning skills; strong oral and written communication skills with excellent computer software skills. $46,000 annually with great benefits.


Full-Time Resident Assistant II

The Youth Emergency Shelter is looking for an exceptional, experienced person to serve youth in-crisis, ages 10-17, as a Full-Time Resident Assistant II. Will provide direct care and supervision of client activities including educational, vocational and employment opportunities, support groups, life skills education, outings, community service. Will provide services and resources to children/families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency through collaboration with staff, team members and families to conduct intake, assessment, triage, safety planning, care coordination, in-home skills, therapeutic activities, crisis intervention services, and Plan of Care development/implementation/evaluation, as assigned. This individual will work 40 hours/week afternoons, evenings, weekends and an occasional overnight. Seeking a candidate who is creative, reliable, and flexible with a heart for kids. Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with one year relevant experience with the target population. $12.00/ hour + benefits.


Resident Assistant

Seeking an experienced person to provide oversight of young people in a Residential Program for 40 hours/week. Will work non traditional work hours, afternoons and evenings, weekends and some awake-at-night shifts (midnight to 8:00 am) $11.33/ hour +$1.00/hour shift differential for overnight hours + benefits. Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with one year of relevant experience required. Must be at least 25 years of age with a clean driving record to be insurable for transport of clients.  $11.33/ hour + benefits.


Relief Resident Assistants

Residential programs serving homeless youth are looking for dedicated, caring staff to work as called afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnights. Please do not apply if you cannot work some overnights! Provide oversight of young people ages, 16-21. Looking for reliable individuals with lots of flexibility.  Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year experience with at-risk youth; or Associate’s degree and two years relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED and three years relevant experience.   $11.00/hr, no benefits.
